Racetronix Universal Bulkhead Wiring Harness

This bulkhead connector wiring system brings four wires into a fuel tank while being fully tested vapor-proof (sealed). Each color-coded 14 gauge wire can handle 14 amps continuous and 20 amps intermittent duty. The in-tank harness is 16" long and Teflon coated which makes it compatible with gasoline, E85 and Methanol. The in-tank harness has a four-position connector at one end which plugs into the bulkhead connector. The other end is pre-stripped. These wires can be cut to any length and terminated as per the customer's requirements. The bulkhead connector fits through a small 10mm hole and is secured via a one-way stainless locking clip. The external harness is made of automotive-grade oil and gas resistant TXL 14 gauge wire which is 48" long and pre-stripped at one end. Nylon loom is used to protect the external harness.
